Shipping Information

  • Orders placed by Noon CST on Friday will be prepared to ship the following week. (Every attempt will be made to ship orders after the deadline but please remember we cook to order.)

  • We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

  • Product will arrive frozen, partially frozen or thawed depending on climate. Please refrigerate upon arrival.

  • Allow enough time to thaw in refrigerator. Larger meats, such as briskets should be allowed to thaw 2 to 3 days. Allow 1 day for tenderloins, bologna and sausage to thaw.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

  • A signature is NOT required at deliver.
